Este primeiro volume é constituído pelos conjuntos mais importantes da poesia inglesa de Pessoa e aparece dividido em duas partes: da primeira parte constam os 35 Sonnets e os English Poems I-II e III e a segunda parte é representada por The Mad Fidler, colectânea que o poeta pretendeu publicar em vida e que deixou seleccionada e ordenada.
Neste livro faz-se uma apresentação bilingue da obra inglesa de Fernando Pessoa, permitindo ao leitor acompanhar em paralelo, Inglês e Português, a obra do poeta.
