Shipping

Your order will be shipped via CTT (Portuguese Postal Service). We ship worldwide. If your country is not listed in the address form, please send us an e-mail to vendas@lojadoarco.com. Shipping costs are calculated based on total weight. The total value to be charged for your order, including shipping costs, is presented in the last step before your order is placed. Delivery Times

Orders are shipped the same day or the next business day, unless the item is temporarily out of stock. See the average delivery time in the following table.

All orders are sent with a tracking number and its route, in Portugal and in the country of destination, can be tracked.

Deadline for claims

Damaged item - Up to 20 days after receiving the package.
Loss of package - Up to 60 days after the mailing date.
